I never predicted that I would be so passionate about fitness, nutrition, and health. In fact, if you currently can’t bring yourself to exercise, if you love delicious food, and if you are struggling to make a change in your life, then please know... I relate, and so do all my clients!
Even though I'm now a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, working with clients in NYC, on the Jersey Shore, and all over the world, I didn't start out that way.
At one time, I was 50 pounds overweight and climbing.
In fact, I don’t even know what weight I eventually reached, because I finally stopped weighing myself because I didn’t like what I saw on the scale! But I didn’t need a scale to tell me I was in trouble. Everything from climbing stairs to riding a bike was embarrassingly difficult. No matter what I did, I couldn’t lose weight. I was easily out of breath, I felt sluggish and heavy every time I ate, and I felt resigned to a lifetime of being out of shape and overweight.
